Fresh Towels, and Trash removed daily
One Parking Space per unit

We begin taking reservations on April 1st.

Check in at the Green Dolphin Motel which is 62 East Grand Ave
Check-In Time: 3:00 PM
Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
Late arrivals must call before 7 PM
Children up to 18 stay free (Limit 2)
Additional Persons $20 per night
We accept Visa, Master Card in US Currency
Cots: $5 per night
All rates subject to Maine State Lodging Tax (currently 7%)
Minimum $20 charge for untidy kitchens or rooms that require an excessive (unusual) amount of cleaning.
All prices are subject to change
Minimum Stays may be required
Security Deposit May be required at certain times.
Sorry, no pets
Must be 21 years of age to reserve and check in
One Car Per Unit - sorry no exceptions

Reservation Deposit
Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of one nights deposit (50% on stays of 5 or more nights). A valid Credit Card is required to make reservations. We accept Visa and MasterCard. The balance is due upon arrival for the entire reservation. Sorry, personal checks are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds require 14 days advance notice and are subject to a $25 processing fee for stays of 4 nights or less. Stays of 5 nights or more require 30 days notice and are subject to a $100 processing fee. No refunds thereafter. There are no refunds or credits for early departures or partial cancellations.

By giving us your credit card, you are giving us permission to charge your card to confirm your reservation. A confirmed reservation means we guarantee to hold a room(s) for the requested time period and the party reserving the room guarantees to pay.
